Nature-Based Learning

Root and Rise provides nature-based online and in-person classes for all ages. Our goal is to facilitate an integrative learning atmosphere where we can incorporate materials and lessons from the natural world into our every day play and learning experiences.

By connecting with nature, we open up doorways of self-discovery where cognitive, physical, and emotional growth can take root to help us rise into the strong beings we are meant to be.
